Dapper Dilbert Body (Bunny Version)

Thank you to Amigurumipatterns.net for directing me to Sheep Dog’s Fleece (owner of the bunny and mustache pattern) (link to Sheep Dog’s Fleece: http://sheepdogsfleece.blogspot.com/2010/08/mr-bunny.html) The top hat and bowtie were things I created from the pink thing in my head.

Ears (make two)

 Rnd 1: 6 sc in a circle

 Rnd 2: 2 sc in each sc around (12)

 Rnd 3-10: sc around

 Stuff

 Tail

 Rnd 1: 6 sc in a circle

 Rnd 2: 2 sc in each sc around (12)

 Rnd 3-4: sc around

 Doesn't need to be stuffed

 Feet (make four)

 Rnd 1: 8 sc in a circle

 Rnd 2: 2 sc in each sc around (16)

 Rnd 3-4: sc around (16)

 To give weight and flatness to the feet I put small decorative glass stones in them before sewing them to the body.

 Mustache (make two)

 Rnd 1: 4 sc in a circle

 Rnd 2: sc in next st then ch 5

 sc in 2nd ch from hook

 sc 6 along ch and into round, sl st in next st

 Body

 Rnd 1: 6 sc in a circle

 Rnd 2: 2 sc in each st around (12)

 Rnd 3: *sc then sc twice in next st* repeat around (18)

 Rnd 4: *sc in next two st then sc twice in next st* repeat around (24)

 Rnd 5: *sc in next three st then sc twice in next st* repeat around (30)

 Rnd 6: *sc in next four st then sc twice in next st* repeat around (36)

 Rnd 7-21: sc around

 Rnd 22: *decrease then sc in next four st* repeat around (30)

 Rnd 23: *sc in next three st then decrease* repeat around (24)

 Rnd 24: *decrease then sc in next two st* repeat around (18)

 Put in eyes, sew on mustache and ears. Stuff.

 Rnd 25: *sc then decrease* around (12)

 Rnd 26: decrease around (6)

 Rnd 27: decrease once more then break thread and sew up hole.

 Sew on tail and feet.

Hat with black

Stovepipe section

Ch 3. Sl st to beginning ch from hook, forming a ring. Ch1(this ch will not count as a st now and throughout) Sc 4 into ring. Sl st to beginning st. (4)

Rnd 1: Ch2. 2 dc in each st around. (8)

Rnd 2: FPDC around. (8)

Rnd 3-6: Ch1. Sc around. Fasten off. (8)

Rim of hat

Ch8 with black. Sl st to beginning st to form a ring. Ch1, 2 sc in each st around. (16)

Rnd 1: Ch1. [2 sc in next st, 1 sc in next st] around. (24)

Rnd 2: Sc around. Fasten off.

Sew inside ring of rim to the bottom of the stovepipe section. Stuff lightly and sew to bunnies head.

Bow Tie

Ch3 with red. Sl st to beginning ch to form a ring. Ch1, 8 sc in ring. Sl st to beginning st.

Row 1:Turn, ch 1. 2 sc in the next st, sc in the next 2 sc, 2 sc in the next st. Turn.

Row 2-3: Sc across. Fasten off. Sl st to join to an available st on the opposite side of completed section of the bow. Join into either st 1 or 4, then start row 1 in the same st you joined in. You should then have 4 stitches to complete row 1-3. Fasten off. Attach to neck. (Pic A, pic B)
